Log into Cornwall Council website.
On the top right hand side is an option register
Follow the instructions and wait for the confirmation email to verify your account
Log on to your account and access the planning on-line register
Make a search for your required area.
Once you have made your search you will be given an option to save your search and receive updates- check this box.
